If you want to play, you have to pay. Want to subsidize the rents so that businesses that are not national corporations can open? Now you’re talking. How about including an equal amount of employee housing with your penthouse party pad? If a 5,000-square-foot penthouse is the driving force to finance the operation, could you construct five 1,000-square-foot lodge rooms under it?
It’s not that difficult to come up with ways to benefit the community that gives you a chance to profit. It might not be the huge profit that was expected, but making a comfortable living should be more than enough. People don’t have to make an obscene profit....." (Read more? Click title)
