JenCarlos De Leon-Gonzalez, Jake Parker Rueggeberg and Florence Willimon Serson were born here on Leap Day, Wednesday.
The trio will, technically speaking, celebrate their first birthdays on Feb. 29, 2016.
They are among about five million people worldwide born on Leap Day, the extra day appended to the end of February every four years to keep the calendar in accordance with the Earth’s rotation around the sun...."
