One of these days, RFTA is going to get caught while their hand is out for mega grants like the Omnibus Spending bill, by a clear thinking politician who's going to check out every single word of their grant application.
Like.....whether or not they really have the land, means and local support from all counties and municipalities affected before they are given millions of taxpayer dollars.
