John Martin is largely responsible for our fiscal health. Best commissioner Garco's ever had, he's done a great job.

Interesting to see the salivating over the dough starting up in this announcement.

Waiting to hear me say something I pretty rarely ever say about public funds?

Spend some of that cash, BOCC.

It's a rainy day.

Do small business booster grants, beef up and stock our food banks and strengthen our homeless shelters. Give some tax credits and incentives to existing businesses if they add jobs and expand into revenue generating streams. Go get some matching GOCO money and build that ampitheatre up outside of Rifle. Make some more revenue generating draws like the air show.

Spend some of that dough.
