"Less than 11 hours later, around noon Thursday, police received a tip on the whereabouts of Litke, who matched the description of the burglary suspect. The tip ultimately led to Litke's arrest later in the day near De Beque by De Beque marshals.
The vehicle Litke was driving was searched, and police found the weapons cache. All of the weapons were recovered, police said.
“We were fortunate that a couple of citizens came across something that led to the arrest of this guy,” Petree said. “Thanks for coming forward with the information that led to the arrest.”
Litke was later transported to the Garfield County Jail, where he is awaiting transfer to Denver on a federal hold, according to police...."
